David Shaffer Represents KOTESOL on KBS World Radio

In early December, Korea TESOL’s first Vice President David Shaffer went to Seoul for a KBS World Radio Interview. He was there to represent KOTSOL in a taping of “Touch Base in Seoul,” a weekly interview show hosted by Yooree Kim. During the interview, Shaffer answered questions about himself as well as about KOTESOL.

Martin Todd received his BA from Dalhousie University. Since arriving in Korea in 1995, Martin has held positions at a number of universities, including KAIST and Korea University. As a KOTESOL member, he has been on the Yongin Chapter executive for over three years, serving as 1st and 2nd Vice-President, and chapter conference co-chair for three years before becoming chapter president. Martin is presently a self-employed ELT professional in the Suwon area and doing graduate studies at Kyung Hee University.

Dr. Ian Done D. Ramos is a professor in the Department of English and Literature at the University of Suwon.
