Call for proposed amendments for ABM discussion
The ABM of KOTESOL will be held during the International Conference on the 13th of October. A formal notice will be sent to all members on the 13th of September, 2013, to that effect.
Since any proposed amendments to the constitution or bylaws of KOTESOL must be included in such a notice, it is vital that they be submitted no later than 12 noon of the 12th of September, 2013. All such amendments must be submitted according to the current bylaws and constitution.

Council Meeting Derailed

The KOTESOL National Council meeting scheduled for 10am August 31st failed to reach a quorum due to a train collision north of the Daegu train station early Saturday morning. The collision between KTX and Mugunghwa passenger trains cancelled all northbound rail service for several hours.
