Hello fellow DCC members,
It's time for the Daejeon-Chungcheong Chapter's annual summer picnic!
The picnic will be on Saturday, June 18th at 2pm in Hanbat Arboretum (the same location as the 2014 and 2015 picnics). The chapter will provide soft drinks and some food. Please bring your own alcohol and some extra food - we'd love to have a potluck. We'll also be bringing some sports gear and we'll make sure we have some games throughout the day.

We will be renting a bus to take to KOTESOL’s National Conference at Sangji University in Wonju. The theme of this year’s conference is “Our Provinces” and includes a plenary by Theoron Muller from the University of Toyoma. Daejeon Sounding Board

Co-sponsored by the KOTESOL Christian Teachers SIG and the Christian English Language Educator's Association, this will be the first international conference for Christian English language teachers in Korea. The conference theme is "Collaboration in the classroom and beyond." Plenary speakers include Chuck Sandy, Jan Dormer, and John Liang. Membership Cards, KOTESOL Merchandise on Hiatus Until March
The Membership Committee is taking a holiday during the winter break! New membership cards, KOTESOL merchandise, and more will be available in the spring, as the new school year starts. If you are a domestic member renewing your membership or joining as a new member during the winter break, your membership card will be sent to your local chapter in early March.
The Membership Committee chair can still be reached by email, but please be patient; it might take a few days to receive a response.
