Travis Frank is a South African English teacher who has been teaching in Korea since 2016. The attached document outlines the specific policies and procedures that govern the internal management of KOTESOL. These policies and procedures represent definite courses of action adopted for the sake of facility, expediency, clarity, accountability, and consistency in the day-to-day operations of the organization. They are subject to the KOTESOL Constitution and Bylaws, and they are a governance document for the National Council.
The current document, the Korea TESOL Policies and Procedures Manual (2025) was approved by the National Council on December 8, 2024.
