Dear members,
Please find attached the Bylaws Amendment proposal which should have been attached to the ABM notice of Sept 13.
The secretary apologises for the lateness of this document dealing with proposed bylaw amendments, to be discussed at the 13th of October ABM. No intentional concealment was intended, and as the issue is a sensitive one, where the council wishes to be as open as possible in such matters, please consider the issues carefully in preparation for the ABM, where this can be discussed more fully.

Notice is hereby given to all members of KOTESOL that the Annual Business Meeting (ABM) will be held during the International Conference in October.
Venue: Gemma Hall at Sookmyung Women's University.
Date: 13th of October 2013
Time: 16:00 (4 pm)
The results of the election for the following positions will be announced at this meeting:
President, 1st Vice-president, 2nd Vice-president, Treasurer, Secretary, International Conference co-chair and Nominations and Elections Committee chair.

The KOTESOL National Council meeting scheduled for 10am August 31st failed to reach a quorum due to a train collision north of the Daegu train station early Saturday morning. The collision between KTX and Mugunghwa passenger trains cancelled all northbound rail service for several hours.

Dear members - please take note that the National Council will now be meeting on the 29th of June, 2013, at 11 am, in Daegu, instead of the 6th of July.
