Janus — Looking back so that we can look forward
Named for the Roman god of doorways who looks both backward and forward at once, this session invites us to honor where we've been as the foundation for where we're going. We'll explore what the past year has taught us and how those lessons can shape our path ahead.
Learnings — Consolidating, Reflecting, and Planning
A structured working session to gather what we've learned, consolidate key insights, and turn reflection into an actionable plan. Expect a mix of guided reflection, group discussion, and time to map out next steps.
