The recipient of the 2023 Reflective Language Teacher Award was announced at the recent Korea TESOL International Conference held at Sookmyung University. The founder and sponsor of the award, Dr. Thomas S.C. Farrell, presented the award at the conclusion of his plenary session on Saturday, April 29.

The award is "for exhibiting excellence in employing reflective practice in professional development personally, within Korea TESOL, and in the wider English language teaching community." Heidi is an assistant professor at Chongshin University in Seoul and has been an active member of Korea TESOL for many years.
