Attention, students! The 2024 ESBB International TESOL Conference & KOTESOL National Conference wants to feature special sessions by students throughout the weekend. Are you interested in presenting? It will be a great chance to meet people from many different countries--and great for your resume! Students have a few different options for participation:
Option 1. Present an aspect of your culture or personal experiences!
Students can introduce an aspect of their culture and/or educational/personal experiences. You can share information about your country's school system, university life, pre-service teacher-training, or even teach a skill or craft to our international visitors. We can even open a "Korea experience booth" if you'd like to help staff it! We're flexible and open to all ideas. Please contact our chair (natconfchair2024@koreatesol.org) if you'd like to participate in this kind of session.
Option 2. Present your research!
Students (undergraduate or graduate) who would like to present their research are encouraged to submit via the standard submission process. If you would like additional mentorship and help revising your presentation, please select "Student Showcase: Research (In person, 15 mins)" or "Student Showcase: Panel (In person, 50 mins)" when you submit your proposal. We will provide additional support before the conference.
