KOTESOL's Annual Business Meeting (ABM) is open to all members. The ABM will be held Tuesday, November 1, starting at 7 p.m. To attend, please register by 12 noon Tuesday.
The meeting will include reports on KOTESOL's past year, and announcement of election results. This year there are no proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws.
Note: the ABM is not a workshop, and only KOTESOL members are invited to attend.

Current KOTESOL members are invited to express interest in representing our organization at the Thailand TESOL International Conference 2023.
The 42nd Thailand TESOL International Conference will be held 27-28 January 2023. KOTESOL's representative will speak as a Featured Speaker, with a 45-minute session. The Theme of the conference is, "ELT for the Future: Navigating the Possibilities." The conference venue is the Ambassador Hotel, Bangkok.
Benefits of representing KOTESOL include the waiving of conference registration fees and accommodation during the conference.

At the KOTESOL National Council meeting on April 10th, 2022, Council discussed reports that social distancing rules may be changed or dropped in Korea in the near future, and agreed on policy to guide KOTESOL event organizers if there are changes.
If social distancing rules are dropped in Korea, KOTESOL event organizers will have the discretion to organize face-to-face events, provided all events have prior approval from venues, and events follow any extra restrictions or rules put in place by venues.

KOTESOL approved its Code of Conduct for all KOTESOL-related matters, face-to-face and digital, earlier this year. At our recent National Council meeting on September 22, a slight revision was made of the third paragraph under the “At Face-to-Face Events” section of the Code.

Greetings at this special time of the year, Chuseok, one of Korea's most traditional and most important of holidays. Chuseok (a.k.a.
