A longtime Native English Teacher in Korean public schools, Justin is an energetic and passionate educator. He is a certified teacher from the United States. He holds a Master's degree in mainstream and childhood/special education and a 180-hour TEFL certificate in teaching young learners. In addition, he holds a bachelor of arts (summa cum laude) in history. As an undergraduate he also received departmental honors and was a member of his university's chapter of the kappa delta pi educational honors society. Since his arrival in Korea five years ago, Justin has taught at seven different elementary, middle, and high schools. During that period, he has also served as a district coordinator, advisor and an advocate for Native English Teachers in his district. He has given advice and guidance to many beginning teachers at seminars and workshops throughout the province. Additionally, Justin has helped to design educational and thematic summer English camps for large groups of elementary and middle school students. Justin is excited to join the Gangwon chapter executive.
