Start a new year with a new teaching portfolio.
What are they and how should they be assembled?

Good question, because portfolios differ for each teacher, depending on their strengths, weaknesses, and what they hope to accomplish professionally. This workshop will explore options in teaching portfolios, referring to both the published literature and a number of samples and stories. Rob's own efforts at creating a teaching portfolio will be available for examination and discussion, but it's no showcase model!

This workshop starts with a presentation of the issues, and then we will work on some elements of our own portfolios. You can preview the presentation powerpoint file at http://www.slideshare.net/RobertDickey/teacher-portfolios
