You can find more information about membership expiration dates here.

Can I get an invitation letter?

We are happy to provide acceptance letters to accepted presenters; contact conference.program@koreatesol.org. We are unable to provide invitation letters to regular attendees, though registration confirmation letters can be provided upon request for participants who have registered and paid. Contact registration@koreatesol.org.

I can’t go to the conference, but I pre-registered. What are my options?

KOTESOL membership dues and registration fees are non-refundable; however, if you've pre-registered and paid, you may give your pass to someone else. Just send us the new pass-holder's full name and affiliation as soon as possible. If you let us know by the closing of pre-registration (May 5), we will change the name on the pass. If you let us know after pre-registration closes, the pass will remain under your name. The new pass-holder should bring their ID to prove they are the person you have approved.

If you've purchased a membership along with your registration, you can enjoy the full benefits of membership regardless of whether you attend the conference or not. Perks include discounts, the opportunity to apply for grants or publish with us, and more.
