Full Job Description
We are currently looking to hire qualified ESL tutors to work from home at SPICUS Inc. Ideally, you will have experience as an English tutor, teacher, or have a TESOL degree/certificate. However, we're open to other qualified candidates. Please keep in mind that our students are mostly business professionals, therefore we expect candidates with a mature demeanor. The position pays an average of $12/hour (specifically $2 per 10-min phone call to start), and working times are typically 3-4 hour set shifts daily. Most shifts are 5-day or 2-day shifts.
The typical working times are outlined below:
• Morning Shift: Mon - Fri, 7am - 11am ET
• Evening Shift: Sun - Thu, 5pm - 9pm ET
• Some weekends available
