(Jeonju University, Star Center)

Jeonju University is located at the west end of Jeonju. From the bus terminal, it will take approximately 15 minutes by taxi (probably a little more than 5,000 won) to arrive there. Star Center is located right in the center the university, and is the largest building on campus. It sits just in front of the large clock tower building (pictured above), and has tennis courts below it.

The Conference will take place on the 1st & 2nd floors of Star Center. You may enter through one of three doors (see floor map below):

Floor B1: Onnuri Hall auditorium entrance (in front of the clock tower)
Floor 1: Parking garage entrance
Floor 2: Food Court entrance (by the fountain)

The Conference will feature six 50-minute workshops and two 25-minute research presentations at a time, with the Plenary and Highlighted sessions in Onnuri Hall (see below):

Entering Jeonju University

The tallest building in the picture above is the Star Tower student dormitory building. It is located over the Old Gate entrance road. The New Gate entrance road is located to the left of the picture between the green golf netting and cluster of white Engineering buildings there.

Transportation directions in Korean

From Old Gate (전주대 구정문):

Enter through the Old Gate and walk until you reach the roundabout near the clock tower (#33).
Star Center is the (newest) building on your left (#31, highlighted in yellow).
Enter the building and take the stairs or elevator to the 1st floor.

From New Gate (전주대 신정문):

Enter through the New Gate and walk until you reach the far end of the first big white Engineering building (#27).
Turn right, and walk up the hill a bit. Star Center and its Library will be on your left (#31, highlighted in yellow).
Enter the Parking Garage and walk through to the far side.
This entrance is the first floor entrance (lobby).
