Abstract:
For those of us living and working in this ‘land of morning calm’ the last word in our minds may be ‘serenity.’ In fact, words like ‘dynamic’ and ‘chaotic’ may feel more apt. Reading books on Korean culture and learning about cultural dimensions may throw us further into confusion because so much is said but their applications may feel like falling into a rabbit hole. How can we apply our knowledge from books to reality at work?

As founder of Transition Catalyst Korea Institute and Adjunct Professor of SungKyunKwan University, she brings over 25 years of career in public relations, broadcasting, training, coaching and leadership assessment.
