Much was learned at JNJ May Workshop

JNJ KOTESOL gathered last weekend for our May workshop.

We had a presentation from Paul Johnson, who travelled here from Daejeon, to talk about teaching vocabulary - specifically, corpus linguistics for language teachers.

We also heard from Maria Lisak, who came in from Gwangju, to speak on how students can express themselves - meaning making beyond words.

You can find all the details here:

We hope to welcome even more attendees to our workshop in June.

Those interested in joining us are welcome to come on their own or bring a friend!  Our meetings are free to attend, and open to anyone interested in English education in Korea.

Our next meeting, on June 17th, will be the last before our summer break. Save the date!

I'll leave you with a couple pictures from our workshop.
