International Conference Pre-Registration Has Been Extended to 1 October

Pre-Registration Has been Extended to 1 October

Discounted pre-registration opened this week for the 25th Annual Korea TESOL International Conference.

The two-day conference scheduled for 21-22 October 2017, typically attracts about one-thousand attendees from Korea, Asia, and beyond. This year the conference is being held in conjunction with the Pan-Asian Consortium of Language Teaching Societies (PAC), of which Korea TESOL is a founding member.  The conference theme is “Why Are We Here? Analogue Learning in the Digital Era.” It is intended to promote discussion about the relevance of face-to-face learning when there are so many digital alternatives.

Conference attendees can expect to hear featured sessions from leading ELT experts from around the world. In addition there are hundreds of concurrent sessions to choose from on a wide range of topics. Many teachers leave the conference with new activities and techniques that they can apply to their classes right away. Most of all, attendees can expect to meet other dedicated and motivated English teachers, and this year’s introduction of a multi-functional conference app promises to make networking and the entire conference experience much more user friendly.

For more information about the conference and to pre-register please go to koreatesol.org/ic2017. Online pre-registration for the conference runs from 1 August to 24 September. It is also possible to register onsite on the day of the conference. Conference registration rates are listed below. Please check our registration FAQ page to learn more about how to register.
