Share an activity, a game, or a worksheet. After the workshop, we will have a Daegu-Gyeongbuk KOTESOL picnic to welcome in summer!
Swap Shop - Please bring a game, classroom activity, worksheet or other teaching idea that has worked well for you in the classroom and be prepared to share your ideas with the group (5-7 minutes per presenter). If possible, please bring some copies of your printable materials to share with the group. (There are places to print and photocopy materials at the north gate of KNU.)
Picnic in the Park – We will be enjoying the summer weather and having a picnic in the KNU Park (near the main gate entrance and next to the basketball courts). KOTESOL Chapter will provide the meat & utensils (cups, plates, cutlery, and napkins) and some drinks. We would love it if you would bring a plate of something to share (salads, side-dishes, snacks, desserts). It might be a good idea to bring a mat to sit on as there is not much table space. Also, if you have some sporting equipment (badminton, basketball, soccer ball, frisbee, baseball & gloves), we’d love to work off some of those calories!
Members and non-members alike are welcome – bring a friend! We look forward to seeing you there.
