TEC Article Series - "Teachniques"

"Teachniques" is a series of 50 articles on teaching techniques and activities for the classroom. This cornucopia of teaching resources have been written by a myriad of EFL teachers in Korea and applicable to a variety of learner ages and proficiencies.

This series of articles ran in The English Connection between 1997 and 2011, and has now been compiled into a single PDF file for your resource-searching convenience.  The articles' contents remain quite applicable to today's classroom.

Virtual Workshop: Teaching Online in Style!

Call for Proposals - Jeonju North Jeolla KOTESOL Regional Conference 2020

The Jeonju KOTESOL Chapter is presently accepting proposals for the 2020 Regional Conference.  The conference will consist of several concurrent 50 minute presentations as well as a Poster Presentation session consisting of several speakers doing 15-20 minute presentations.  Proposals on all ELT-related topics will be accepted.

Proposal Submission Deadline:  Late Summer ~ Early Autumn, 2020.

Topic areas: Any area related to ELT.

Call for Submissions - Korea TESOL Journal

The Korea TESOL Journal (KTJ) is making a call for paper submissions. Although KTJ operates on a rolling submissions basis, we thought that vacation time would be a good time to put out a call.

Under KTJ's rolling submission system, manuscripts are reviewed as soon as they are submitted, and as manuscripts are accepted for publication, they will be immediately formatted by the editors for publication in the next issue with space available.

Yongin Chapter Celebrates Highest Turnout at a Conference and Looks for Candidates

Designed. Cultivated. Showcased. The presenters and attendees at Yongin's annual conference were asked to consider their English Langauge Teaching (ELT) and Learning experiences.
